THE TABLEROCK AMPHITHEATER OF SALADO

The Tablerock Amphitheater was built on thirteen acres of land donated by the Goodnight family. It received its name, "Tablerock" from a very large flat rock in Salado Creek, which looked like a "tablerock" and was a favorite spot for the Salado College students to spend "academic" study time. From its austere beginning The Tablerock Amphitheater has grown to an outstanding outdoor production facility. .
